"This Hass to be the best big Bufford I’ve ever gotten forgot to tell the young lady that I wanted it well done. Her name was Alex Brian was her manager and all I have to say is that she handled this situation so well I told her at the window I wanted my burger well done she went to the back she checked it to see make sure that it was well done. I didn’t believe her because it was kind of fast, but I tell you the whole time she handled me with a smile polite and my burger was right. I just want to thank you guys for doing such a good job."
