"I’ll stop by there yesterday and got a chocolate milkshake what a bad stomachache do you clean your milkshake machine? I don’t think you do and standing up by the registers and looking in was filthy dirty I will not be back there again. !!!!"

"Terrible experience. Waited in drive though for 10 minutes, went inside to witness one employee yelling at another employee for not taking drive through orders, then cussing about afterwards. Although I was the only customer in tge restaurant nobody acknowledged me at the counter for 5 minutes. Once acknowledged, I stated I had a mobile order. Most was ready but part wasn't. After a 10 minutes I received my order and left. Half my family had cold food, half warm. 1 out of 3 got the correct order. Location has always provided poor, and continues to get worse. Wasted $35 today."

"I went there today at about 630pm just one person in front of ordering. After we ordered 2 double burgers and fries and a blizzard, we got our drinks and a sat down. Our blizzard took about 5 minutes to come out but after waiting 20 more minutes after that, people who had ordered after us had their food but our food had not been brought out so we walked up and I asked nicely if we had an eta on our food the girl kinda brushed us off as if we had just ordered. We asked someone else after waiting a few more minutes. They said our order had been given to doordash people and it would be 2 minutes to cook new burgers so they asked the back people for 2 cheeseburgers. The cooks were confused since apparently our order was already x'd out even though we didn't receive it. Almost 10 minutes after that a double and 2 single cheeseburgers were put in a bag and given to us. As we were already starving and frustrated after waiting over 45 minutes we just took the completely wrong order and left. It was all cold and wrong"

"Waited in line for 30 minutes to get a small blizzard. Not a single employee was in sight at the window while a line of cars were waiting. When an employee did finally show up and help a customer, another 10 minutes passed before the next customer would get their food. When it was finally my turn to pay and get my blizzard, my blizzard was melted and the wrong flavor. Ended up having to throw it away once I got home and realized it wasn’t even what I ordered. Longest drive thru wait time I’ve ever experienced just to have my order wrong. Absolutely ridiculous."

"This has to be the worst DQ around. Although it only took 20-25 mins for me to get my food… my Blizzard was almost completely melted… so melted it was like cold soup. I have had multiple experiences here where there would only be myself and 1 other car in the drive thru and it would take 30 mins to get food. (Dining room is closed…) Won’t go here again and tell everyone to not go here."
