"Not the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, but it is close. I don't mind waiting times, or customer service so much, honestly as long as there's no obvious health hazards I'm happy with my food. So it's a really low bar for me, and still I got disappointed. I ordered my food and ate within 10 minutes. My taco was stale and the bottom was soggy already. It had to have been made before I ordered and sat out for awhile to be stale. My crunch wrap was half Nacho cheese and half everything else, the shell inside was soggy too. I refuse to believe that it's too much to expect my food to be slightly below average or better."

"The people who work here really need to start caring more. Eating out nowadays is way too expensive for y’all to not get it right. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt because it’s close and convenient but it feels like a waste of money every time we go here. Y’all chose to work there, do your job right please. And also the lady who interrupts people in the drive thru needs a customer service skills class asap."

"Every time I come through the drive-through and Sheryl’s takes my order, I leave out smiling and confident that my order (which may seem complicated to some because all my extra add-ins) will be made correctly. She pays attention to detail and remains positive and energize during the lunch rush hour. Her customer service is top tier so it was only right to take time to commend her on it."

"Donate even deserve a star the person in the drive though and order food and he/ she just Kept asking if I was done with my order, and kept cutting me off before I could finish my order. Also when I got my food more then half of my items looked liked it was sitting in the dumpster and they just warmed it up. Also when I got my food most of it was cold and hard. Don't recommend this store and would like the store to get new staffing."
