"Won an in-store raffle for the Jordan Bred 4 Reimagined. I had zero issues picking up my pair from Hibbett. Staff was great and the whole process maybe took 5 mins. I wish I could say the same for my raffle win at Champs. They didn’t have my reservation and ended up on the phone with their corporate office for over an hour. Still didn’t get my pair from Champs. Same situation for many raffle winners at Champs on release day."
