McDonald's

"I've used this place several times. Even though others are close by, this one always has fast drive thru service, the food is hot and fresh no matter what time, never out of foods offered. The staff really makes a difference. This night, I figured they'd be backed up and slow, since everybody was last minute shopping. Line was there, but just because people know they are fast. I was like 5th in line at 2nd drive thru, still was driving home not even 10 minutes later from time I got there until order picked up. Fantastic. Hot fries on the road!!!! Mm mm good. Sorry i ate em all to my spouse! Couldn't help it!!!"

"Me and my daughter were waiting in this restaurant for 30 minutes and still didnt get our food. They had awful service and people that came way after us got served first. I get if our order was long but it really wasnt it consisted of 4 things and other people had a longer order but got theres first, me and my daughter have a swim cpmpetiton and we were almost late. When we first came here this wasnt an issue but now it is."

"Briani, and Derek, y'all are fantastic employees! Briani took my order quickly, and answered my questions accurately! Lovely cashier and excellent customer service. Derek gave me my food, and quickly asked If I needed something else,or any condiments... Great smiles from both of you as well!! Thank you so much for being the best McDonald's I think I've ever been in. Food was neat and fresh. The fries could've been better but hey, I'll take that every time as long as your service is spot on like it is this week!! Thanks guys. :)"

"Generally, I like this store, but they dropped the ball today. Ordered an iced coffee and got coffee flavored water. I thought they messed up and gave me iced tea. Ordered on the app and added sugar. There is no option for the cream, so 50% of the time you get just coffee instead of the way it's pictured with the cream and such. At least I only spent a $1 on the app for it."

"This McDonald’s has the most beautiful location I have found of any fast food restaurant in this part of Louisville. Tall trees and deep shade right behind the store - and I could still pull the typically strong McDonald’s WiFi back there! Me, my hot old camper van, and my melting chihuahua Pancho all appreciated the breather from the sweltering Louisville summer afternoon."
