"I had a very large 70 person thanks giving event that ended being around 80 total people , I organized the event with the Owner and Managers that made sure theeverything was set for our thanksgiving party , They also gave us the option for a well course fajita meal for everyone as well as allowed us to apply rules of what drinks could be purchased throughout the night . The service of waitresses and Bar was the tip top of the line !!! From what may have been a stressful night ended up a complete thanksgiving success!!! Solid Construction employees and family can not be more satisfied with El matador !"

"This is the worst experience I have ever had at a club/restaurant to date. There was a young server in a black dress that was great, she checked on us more than necessary. My gripe is with our main server, an older/middle aged Hispanic lady with her hair in a bun. Worst service in my life. Refused to take food orders. I was trying to order appetizers for the table and she just flat out ignored me. WORST,WoRST,WORST SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE WAS HERE. NO EXCUSE FOR HER BEHAVIOR!! The entire point of coming here was because they had food. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To top it off she said she could not split the check. In 2023 you can't split a check??? Photo shows all the table of 14 people was able to order!!!! Absolutely horrible service!¡!!!"

"This place is close and every time I'm in here its almost empty. Its good, the drinks, the food and the prices. Its really large and open inside and they have a smaller banquet style room off to the side that can accommodate private parties, a stage, tons of televisions, two bars and tons of attentive staff. Their chicken tortilla soup is top notch, I order it with my meal almost every time I go here. I honestly don't know why they aren't busy all the time, maybe I've just hit them at non peak hours but regardless I think they are good and I enjoy a quiet meal out. **I had dinner here again tonight (my husband and I visit usually 2-3×'s a month) and we had a wonderful young lady named Violeta who waited on us and she deserves special mention. She was attentive, sweet, pretty, and so polite, ask for her!"
