"Ordered a couch and loveseat and was told there was gping to be an extensive wait which we understood. It was four months before it came in. We had paid for it and still had to wait an additional two weeks after it arrived for them to find time to deliver it. When they delivered it they forgot to bring the power cords and we had to go get those ourselves. We noticed the couch portion did not set properly and then the lift on one of the couch recliners would catch. Called and reported it and it took a week for someone to come out and look at it. The person who came and looked at it said they could tell it was not put together properly and that the lift on the recliner was catching he said he would go back to the office with the pictures he took and they would contact us. After two weeks and no one had contacted us I called them and they said they didn’t know anything about someone coming out to check it. Our salesman then said that he would just order us a replacement because they were in stock now. Five weeks later I called them and they said they had it in the store and they would get it delivered the next week. They told us that it would be Saturday a.m. At 12:30 I called and asked about it and they said we do not have a delivery driver but she called and told you. I said no you did not so they said then it would be another week before they could get it to us. It would be next Saturday in the morning. Now today I called them to verify they were gonna be here this morning and they said no it would be this afternoon before they would get here. I could’ve easily got the same exact purchase at Ashlee in Cape Girardeau but wanted to do business local. I will not make that mistake again or ever do business with Lewis Furniture."
