"Dropped my washer off 8 March of 2023 was told at the time parts might take a while to get. Didn't hear anything from them so called in May and was told they were still waiting on the parts. Again didn't hear anything until I called again in October and was told that he kept getting the wrong part from the vendor, and that he wasn't going to be able to fix it. I go pick it up orde the part from whirlpool website and fix it myself less then a week later. Would not recommend them for repairs on you washer. You claim that you called multiple times but obviously you could not read the paper on the inside that you put on there with my number on it. But that is not why there is a 1 star it is because your parts guy couldn't figure out how to get the right part and it took me all of 10 seconds to do."

"I wish they told me other people where interested in the same machine. I drove there for nothing. I think the prices for used where hight when I can buy new for a little more with a full warranty. I ended up buying what I wanted from appliances 4 less in Clarksville. I got a similar machine to what they had only a lg for 400 less and I was able to get a 2yr extended warranty for 40."

"Took about 3 weeks to get my washer back. Then a month later my washer broke again ( same issue ) I was told there’s no warranty on parts. The only thing I can say good was the workers were kinda nice."

"We are looking forward to when it is time for us to buy a new stove. We called Appliance Plus because our fridge broke; the fridge could not be repaired. We went out to the store to pick out a new fridge. The entire staff was very nice, helpful, and honest. They made the process as straight forward as possible. You don't get this kind of great service from a big box chain store."

"Very dissatisfied,first they could fix my washing machine charged 85 dollar service call fee then couldn't fix it after putting couple parts on it And said he'd get me a washing machine. Talked to him on Tuesday after waiting two weeks said he had one within my price range and would bring it Thursday, comes Thursday he don't have it, it's door got mysteriously broken and he'd give me my parts money back. Now after all this waiting I have no washing machine out 85$ for a service call..... never doing business with this place again......highly would NOT RECOMMEND"
