"Stay away! I had $1,500 worth of maintenance done on my vehicle. Immediately after leaving their shop, my car was making a loud screeching sound. The car was brought back within one mile. They did admit that a road test was never preformed before I picked it up. I could see the owner's immediate agitation that I brought the car back. I quickly left, leaving the car, and asked my husband to speak with them. They reluctantly agreed to change the part making noise. It's important to state; they had removed and put this part back to do my maintenance work. Within a half hour, their story quickly changed. We were told they had no interest in ever working on our car. Told us to immediately pick it up, that it was running, and at the street. After relaying my experience with this facility to friends, neighbors, and coworkers, I could not believe how many people were shocked that I went there. Folks felt bad, they weren't able to warn me about Quality Plus. Apparently their extremely unprofessional and angry behavior towards customers is common knowledge."

"Do not go here!!!! Brought my wife's vehicle in for Honda suggested maintenance based on mileage. Timing belt and tensioner, alternator because of flickering battery light and an oil change. Paid $1475 and my wife called when she pulled out of their lot saying the car was making a horrendous noise. Took it back and they said it needed a new pulley assembly ($280) that they had taken off and put back on once already. Mechanic said that he had never given the car gas so he didn't hear it. Nothing wrong when we brought it in, but $1475 later and the car is now broken. Part was actually $150 so they tried to up-charge after returning a broken car to us. Person at the desk is extremely rude! Owner Billy screams at his customers and is absolutely unhinged. Beyond a horrible place to take your vehicle."
