"I had purchased some shoes about a week ago and when I actually got around to wear them I noticed that they were messed up. I called up this location and I spoke to someone who told me that I could exchange them with no receipt as I lost mine. Anyhow as soon as I arrived one of the employees was not trying to help me at all but Thelmo cut in and took care of me. He provided good customer service and listened to what was going on and went above and beyond as to even print out my receipt again and call up the stores near us to get me the shoes I originally purchased. It’s people like Thelmo who care about providing great customer experiences who make us come back. Thanks for great service!"
