"I wasted about 45 minutes just trying to get through the drive thru. When I finally got to the pick up window, they didn't even know what my order was. The food was good, but I wouldn't recommend going here unless you have a lot of patience and time to kill."

"If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This was the closest Burger King since the other one got hit by the tornado!!! I waited 20 minutes at the drive through speaker and I finally got to order and the lady kept messing up my order!! Mind you there was no one else in line!! I was the first car at the speaker!!!! Well once I was done ordering I was told to wait at the first window! I waited for 20 more minutes and no one came and got payment!! Beyond furious and irritated!! I saw people inside and none of them came over and let me pay. I drove off and didn’t get anything I ordered!! Shouldn’t have wasted my time and drove to the one further away!!!!!"

"Was asked to stay back at the first window for well over 15 minutes waiting on my food. Come to find out, the lady who told me wait clocked out and left. Once they finally realized, they came and apologized."

"I ordered door dash almost $70 worth of food and a WHOLE MEAL IS MISSING INCLUDING A DRINK!!! While I know you make enough wages it is clearly not that hard to read a screen and make sure all food ordered is secure in a bag… I tried calling this location and of course I would not expect any different for someone not to pick up the phone… the food was cold and absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! And again missing a whole meal!!!!! I sent pictures to door dash of the entire products I received!!! For what your crew members make this is beyond UNACCEPTABLE!!!!"

"If I could leave 0 starz I would. We waited 10 mins for our food to get cold fries & used food. We ordered a 2 for $10 no pickles no onions & one no mustard. I received cold fries & burgers. One sandwich was plain with nothing on it except the bun had ketchup. How is there ketchup on the bun when the entire sandwich has no ketchup (that was supposed to be the only thing) Like they replaced the bun & the other top bun had ketchup when the ketchup was placed on the bottom. Please take the extra 7 mins and drive to any other Burger King. They made us wait all that time to give old a$$ used food. I couldn’t even go & get my money back because I had to be to work.in the photos are two separate sandwiches on is lifted to show there’s no ketchup anywhere else except the residue from a used sandwich"
