"I wish they would give you a straw when they hand you your drink. Their policy is to put it in the bag. When I ask for a straw they say it will be in the bag. I'm thirty now. Have to pull forward to wait for food...still thirsty...5 min later get the food and no straw in the bag. Ugh"
