"What can you say their good at what they do. Everything is top notch. The only thing that gives me pause is going through the drive through they hit you with the option to give a tip. I can see this if you were setting down in side with a waiter not even the cashier taking your money is optimistic about it. It's fastfood an coffee who even gets the tip? Expect to pay between 5 an 10 for a drink an 10 an 20 if you add food per person."

"This has to be the slowest service at Starbucks I've ever experienced. I thought maybe they may be short-handed the first and second visit, but nope... I was wrong. Every visit has been the same. This time, I went inside, and it was clear as I watched, and now I understand why. One person is making drinks while one is on the phone talking and the other just standing there watching... then she finally got in gear and started helping. She moved fast, but it seemed like it really annoyed her that she had to work. Unfortunately, this is the closest and most convenient location to where I live. Someone at corporate or the franchise owner should visit and see how ridiculously slow this place is. I wasn't the only one inside who was waiting and looking frustrated. Please pick up the pace, ladies, and maybe people will tip you for good service... until then, you won't get any tips from me."

"Had an order today for some coworkers and placed it to early I gave them a call and when I had said the wrong drink they worked with me to make sure my order was correct when I showed up an hour later all of the mess was my fault and they were very understanding. Excellent customer service."

"WORST location I’ve ever been to! Waited over 35 minutes for a mobile order to then be told I’m still 10 drinks behind in-line, when it would’ve been faster to go through the drive-through and I would’ve got my drink within the first five minutes of waiting all they did was refund my money didn’t give me a free drink didn’t offer anything but a refund so I wasted 40 minutes of my time waiting for a drink that I never got"

"I have been to this Starbucks before and everything was fine but on this day they were out of chocolate and hazelnut. They sold my husband a peppermint white chocolate mocha instead of hot chocolate. I cannot have coffee. They told him white chocolate was just sweeter than real chocolate."
