"This is not the first time this has happened. But yet again, I did not get what I ordered. If I order extra bacon, I get one piece broken in half the cover the burger. That's not even the regular amount. I ordered extra cheese on my tots, I got a small little sprinkle of shredded cheese. I ordered 2 quarter pound doubles and they are smaller than the thin little patties served at McDonalds. Tots were cold and a bit stale so they have been sitting awhile. Took 21 minutes to cook and bring out. Obviously some young child in that kitchen can't read simple directions. But im tired of complaining to them because they take so much longer to fix the problem and it happens almost every single time I'm there. Such an irritation that they cannot hire employees with common sense to work there who can read an order and make it to the desired specifications."

"My wife and I ordered two breakfast bacon burritos. The bacon was burned, the eggs weren’t fluffy, and the cheese was not melted. My wife’s iced vanilla coffee tasted horrible. That’s $20 in the trash!"

"This Sonic has gone downhill hard. I moved here three years ago and this place was good. I ate shakes here and sometimes lunch or dinner. However, since about Summer of last year the quality has greatly declined. For example, today I bought mozz sticks and chicken tenders. Overall it cost me over $11, which is insane. They brought the food out to me in under 5 minutes which is nice except the food wasn't. My tenders are barely bigger than the sauce pack (one of which was cut into and unusable). These cost me nearly $5.50 and my mozz sticks are all cold and old (costing nearly the same as the tenders). I will not be eating here anymore. I don't think that anyone who has any power there actually cares."
