You threatened to have our Lowe's protection plan voided because you said a filter was removed in the washer. No one had ever been in that section of the washer except for you, we had 2 prior repairs done, but they were in the wash tub itself, NEVER had anyone removed the top part of the washer where the control panel is. We ended up paying over $260 for that repair, I would never use your service again!"

They didn't have the belt for my washer in stock - they ordered it and will come back out to install it at no extra charge WOW!!!
