"I have stayed many times at the resort over 15 yrs. Fished a tournament late February and was disappointed with the maintenance in the lodge and grounds. Needs some upkeep. Fantastic location, the staff are excellent. Nice place to visit. They have a great restaurant, docks, and boat rental. First time I had used an old brass key to get in the door in years. I hope the owners do some maintenance soon."

Easy to say the Moors isn't just a place to go, but rather a way of life and a absolute guaranteed great time for anyone new or local to Western Kentucky. Activities an functions for all ages or groups of many types at all hours of the day an night. Food, drinks, live music with a waterfront view. The restaurant is a electric atmosphere with beautiful senses. Big ol shout out to the entire staff of the restaurant for a wonderful time and great affordability. Will have to highlight an spotlight in particular the staff members in charge of the bar and the serving of food for the humility and kindness shown to customers who might have menu questions or is struggling with children's orders. Let's just SAY it "you ladies rock". So said that to say this. "If someone visited this resort an has a bad experience. Well then I'd have to say it was that person choice to have a bad experience then.""

"Our group visits the Moors regularly and ever since the new owners came in, it’s gone down hill. The lower boat dock ramp is pitch black when it gets dark out. They have light bulbs out so there’s no lighting. I complained last year and they said they are working on it. You would think they could afford to fix it since they doubled the price of the boat slips from $15 to $30 per night. Ralph’s was always great until they went to a breakfast buffet only on weekends and went to a special limited to menu on the weekends as well. The blackened catfish was amazing but you can’t get it anymore on the weekends. Not to mention the owner was vaping while standing at the bar on Saturday afternoon. The docks aren’t in good shape. The rubber bumpers are falling off where you pull up to gas off. Unfortunately all they care about is the bottom line and money."

"We only visited for ice cream and mini golf (we were staying at a different resort), but the place was awesome, as always. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My kids loved the playground. The mini golf course needs some serious updating and exterminator attention, but we still had a great time."
