"When you pay over 800 bucks for new breaks and rotors all the way around the vehicle, you don't expect those "new" breaks and rotors to start squealing and grinding about a month later, they obviously put used/refurbished parts on my vehicle and call them new and made a ton of money off me, not sure how they even stay in business with practice like this"

Now as far as Thomas Carter goes, well if you don't want your business spread to the whole town don't say anything in front of or within ear shot of him. Also for the love of God, don't go to work for him because we will all know your business. It is a daily thing for him to tell an area business about his employee getting a ride to work due to his car being impounded and not having insurance or anything else personal that he has no business whatsoever spreading. Grow up man!"

"Beware! Thomas Carter and this shop will do you dirty! His workers will break parts on your vehicle then charge you for the part, mark that part up above cost, charge you labor, and tax it for mistakes they made! They are not a mechanic shop! Had my vehicle 9 days for a ball joint, 2 used tires, and front brakes...but they decided to do other things without checking with me first! $850 bill later and no tires I get my vehicle back. I drive to McDonald’s and I have to push my truck out of the drive thru! We get it back to his shop and he tells me I’m good yet again so I take it a few blocks and my cab filled with smoke! The shift cable he “partially” installed come out and melted to my manifold! Thomas Carter writes out ridiculous bills and charges for parts he don’t even put on your vehicle! Yeah those parts he don’t put on gets marked up, labor fees, and taxed too! Very sad that this shop has went so far downhill over the years! It’s a disgrace this shop is even open! I would not recommend this place to anyone or you will get screwed too! You have a better chance of hitting the lottery than to get good quality service from these monkeys at this shop! Be careful"
