"You know this fast food, so don't expect a 5 star rating. But the server deserves 5 stars. She was incredibly fast and really nice. The cheeseburger was a classic deluxe burger, and it tasted good. So if you are looking for something quick and tasty, this is a good choice."
"The worst Sonic in the USA. Arrived at 3:30, there were literally 5 cars there. I pushed the button, was told really rudely she couldn’t take my order because she was covered up to wait 10 minutes. I waited about 12 and a car pulled in next to me, pushed the button and they immediately took their order. It was also a different person taking the order. I pushed again and loudly and rudely was told she was too busy to take my order for about another 15 minutes. I then asked why the car next to me got their order immediately after pulling in although I have been sitting there for 15 minutes now already. She then begins to scream about how covered up she is. Honestly there are now maybe 6 cars on their lot and one of those were the drive through. I told her thank you but I would leave if this is the way they treat their customers. She just kept talking about how busy she was. Never said I’m sorry or check into why my neighboring car was waiting on. I had 3 kids in the car, we went to Parker’s. Thank you Parker’s!"
"This is the absolute worst sonic location. Have had multiple bad experiences but today just really got me. Order a quarter pound double cheeseburger, onion rings and a drink. Pull up to pay for my food. She asks if I really need my change back. It was a few cents so no, whatever, but to asks me that? She hands me my food, says have a good day and shuts the window. Never gave me a drink. Had to get her attention and ask for it. I drive back to work, open my burger only to find the saddest excuse of a chicken sandwich I have ever seen. I don't work far, so I drove back over to exchange the sandwich. All this to be handed a burger with patties that are dried out hockey pucks. Please save yourself the disappointment and just go to the other two locations across town."
"I have been coming here every day, and I tip $15 every single day. I got my order today, and I guess I missed off the worker with my big tips because they dumped an incredibly huge amount of salt on my food. So much I almost threw up. I definitely spit it out, and basically, I wasted my money. So if the nice waitress person wonders where they $15 dollar tip went, Rodney and his dumping of salt on my food is the reason. I get it. You don't want someone coming and making you work. I'm so sorry. I will spare you the work and go elsewhere. I've been a cook and a waiter. I get it that it sucks, which is why I tip so much. I believe restaurant workers are not appreciated. So the $75 a week I gave to the one girl, which is $300 a month, will now go to another. If somehow it wasn't them that put all the salt on it, and it comes from Sonic like that, then you can blame the factory. Somehow, I doubt that because the reason I eat at Sonic is the fresh made food."
"If you were to ask me how I felt about Sonic a year ago, I would have given him five stars no questions asked. The food was good especially their grilled cheese double burgers and her mozzarella sticks. And if there ever was problems with my food they were genuinely quick to fix it and didn't cause any further trouble. As of Sunday though I feel insulted to even give them this one out of five. The weight was atrocious despite not many cars being out there. It was 30 minutes before I even got my food and that was with me placing in the order onthe app. After I left I checked my food only for to be done completely wrong, so wrong in fact that it included stuff that wasn't even options to be customizable on. I bought some grilled cheese double burgers and we're in the kitchen wasn't told that lettuce shouldn't be on their period it isn't an option by default it isn't even a topping. Speaking on toppings it had yet had just about everything on top of it on there for whatever, even though I ordered plain. So naturally I went back told him I order was wrong this time vocally so there wouldn't be any problems understanding when I wanted and waited another freaking 30 minutes. This time I checked before I left but only for the burgers to have a ketchup and onions. Otherwise, not plain. I'm not sure if it was the workers first day on a job and knowing this to be the last day they had to cook that thing, but it is terrible practice to serve food to your customers and not bother to double check to be sure that everything's all right cuz it's one thing that the customer makes mistake on their order but it's something else when the restaurant themselves makes and problem messes it up twice. I've been going to this Sonic since about 2016 and as of now I have no intentions to come back unless they have a brand new crew. I beg you to drive to the other Sonics around here. As it stands this Sonic right here is a mess of what it was a couple months ago and some serious work needs to be done. And one more thing, there really should be refund policy if what they made was wrong or not with the customer had on purchased. Because right now I have a $15 hole in my pocket that I cannot get back and I can't even enjoy that burger before it was moved off the menu again.
