"Chill place. I enjoyed the karaoke/D.J. that took free request the night i was there. I haven't been by in a few years, but I thought I'd give it another shot. I've passed by almost every other day, and I keep thinking I need to drop in again. I had a good night. i can say that. Drinks were priced as expected for a bar, but the restroom situation disappointed me. I've noticed the Porta Potty out back for a minute and wondered what that was about? Construction, maybe? Come to find out when I visited that that had been the men's restroom. Paying for drinks, I refused to use it and even had some stranger call me out for using the now women's restroom. And it was a slow night, so i wasn't walking in on anyone, and the staff didn't bother me about it. Thank you. I'm glad the place is going still cause I enjoy it, but I just wish it was slightly better. Haha, it's close and convenient, and if the restroom wasn't an issue, I'd drop by more often than 3 years. The last time I was there, knats at the bar turned me off from coming back till recently, but I'm happy to say that wasn't an issue anymore."

"They have better management now. It’s a whole new vibe with updated sound system and stage. I even heard they’re gonna start having emo/alt nights. Good spot for karaoke on the NE side of downtown area. Bartenders are really nice and cool."

"Mexican Candy Shot and Rastpa Drink at the Epic Bar made my Tracy the bar tender. This is my second bar that I've been to in Texas and I'll tell you the customer service is excellent! Very friendly and the atmosphere feels homie, like your having drinks at home with your closest friends. No doubt I'll be coming back here for another round!"
