"Food was great I had an issue with my order honest mistake and the Manager was fantastic and handled it immediately and was so kind and even gave me coupons for free tacos. I don't know his name but I'm the lady allergic to lettuce and he made sure personally that lettuce never touched my food he was excellent and deserves a raise!!!!! I highly recommend the TACO BELL BY THE MALL!"

"Placed a mobile order as a guest. The money came out of my account. But I never got a confirmation code or an email. Since I signed in as a guest. I still went to the restaurant to pick up my order Since they still took the money out of my account, and they insisted that they didn't have my order. When I asked for a refund they said that they couldn't refund me Because it was still a pending transaction. Here we are an hour and a 1/2 later. And I now have to file a dispute because they still did not have my order. Glad to know that though They will gladly take the money out of your account and put it on hold as a preauthorization Like they are a pharmacy..but you never retrieve your food. You just give them your money's worth for free."

"It's fast food. Used the drive-through. Having said that,I really enjoyed the veggie burrito that I got. I haven't been able to replicate it at home, so I'm very glad it remains available here. My meal was fresh and the staff were polite and generous."

"By far the work experience yet. Pulled up to drive-thru and the person taking orders got impatient that I was not answering him to place my order even though I could not pull all the way up to the microphone due to vehicles in front of me. After placing the order I was still not able to move forward again due to vehicles in front of me and he repeated the pricing for me twice with utmost attitude. After getting to the window to pay I was laughed at for wanting to use gift cards that I had received over the holidays and was then only able to use half of what I had given them. Upon getting home with my food I realized that the food order was only half correct and that the burritos I ordered we almost empty and mostly tortilla. I would highly recommend against people going here unless you absolutely won’t go to any other locations."
