"I ordered a pair of expensive boots for Christmas and they ended up being too small so I shipped them back after I got them and reordered the correct size. I put all of my information on a paper in the box like they asked. I have emailed them 4 times and messaged their instagram 4 times as well. They didn’t respond for two months and when they finally responded they said that they would look at it later that day and never got back to me. I’m starting to get very upset because at this point they have stolen $200 from me. They refuse to respond and fix the problem. Do not purchase anything from them if you think you might need to exchange, they will keep your money and the item that you shipped back."

"This little gem of a boutique store is in our small town home and the sweetest young couple started this business from there basement and with a lot of hard work and long hours and I am sure sweat and tears and it became so busy that they were able to open a store front that consumer's could actually go on of they did not online shop. Don't get me wrong online shopping is wonderful and convenient Lauren's website is so easy to use but the hometown feel and genuine kindness is a must have experience when you go into the store Lauren and Katue are brilliant for putting an outfit together that you will look amazing in and sometimes Lauren will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and take a leap and try something completely the opposite of your normal wear and she hits a home run every time and you wonder why you hadn't tried that outfit before. The ladies there are from our hometown and they go above and beyond customer service they are like hanging out with your own sisters. So do your self a favor and check them out online and in the store you won't regret it."

"I shopped this fun boutique online. I wish their customer service reflected their style and selection. I ordered items for Christmas presents and one of the items came to me damaged, due to the staff's poor packaging of the items. I contacted the store immediately. I recieved a response saying they would look into when they were back in the store. Since that contact it's been silence. I tried reaching out to them several times on multiple platforms and never heard anything back. It is now going on two months with no communication. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. With all of the options for western boutiques, you would think they would try harder to make a situation right. They will not get anymore of my business. You'd probably be fine buying a t-shirt, but be wary about any item that could break. This boutique will not care."
