"A bit disorganized with products all over and not neatly organized. Staff was courteous and didn't give me any issues with having my service dog there. It's common sense that I wouldn't be bothered about having my LEGIT PTSD service dog but you would be surprised how many places do question me. I wish places would learn the laws and know that it's highly illegal to question me regarding my disability and to ask to SEE paperwork. They can ask if I have it, which I do, but it's against the Americans with Disabilities Act to ask to SEE that paperwork. Just because my disability isn't visible doesn't mean it's not legit."
"This store is close to my home so it's convenient. It's a new build so it's big and organized. I probably would have rated it higher if they employed decent staff. I've witnessed horrible customer service on several occasions. When the employees bad mouth the previous customer in front of customers waiting in line... That's just bad for business."
