"Great Service...If I could give them 10 stars I would.Very thorough,yet they were fast. 15 minutes.Usually if I go anywhere it's a minimum of 30 minutes and that rarely happens.So when they had me out in 15.....I was shocked. Great Job Y'all, Keep up the amazing work."

"They asked me to leave a 5 start review. Absolutely cannot. Terrible service. They took forever for a simple oil change. Apparently it takes three of them to find a lost washer cap they broke off another car in the other lane. The woman working seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. Meanwhile I'm sitting in my hot truck melting. Will never go back."

"Horrible horrible horrible experience!! Went for oil change. I told them I had a coupon for $10 off. They proceed with oil change. Then tell me they ran out of the oil for my vehicle and it will be 5 to 10 minutes because they had to go to get the oil. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked if they had already dropped the oil. They said, yes. I would have left if the oil had not been dropped. I was told the manager is going to give you $15 off for the inconvenience. I had already told them I had a $10 coupon. Finally, after 30 minutes they get the oil. The manager charged us $107 and I asked is that the best you can do? He said, yes. The manager never apologized but one of the workers did!!! It took over an hour to get the oil changed. The 15 minutes oil change advertising is absolutely not true!!! This was my first experience with this highly unsatisfied situation at this location. I will never be back and will let others know!! The manager did not care about the inconvenience. Thank God that I used a vacation day from work or else I would be late. Never ever will go back there."

"I like this place. James was great. Read everything below. They're FAST! An oil change with synthetic blend was $60.99 which is higher if you do it yourself but they checked all my fluids, a/c, tire pressure, lights, Air filter (he was nice and showed me it needed to be changed and I didn't know it. I think that was $20) they checked transmission fluid, and radiator even fuel injectors. All preventative maintence. Transmission fluid change is 24.99 but he said my pressure He was nice to recommend a tire rotation. At the other stores for 29.99 they can't do it here. He (James) offered email and mail coupons, he really made me feel sure that he really cared about making sure I'm safe to drive a long trip today. The manager who checked me in was so nice and answered my questions. They had like 5 people working so it went smoothly and didn't take more than 15 or 20 mins. If you don't change your oil at home I recommend this place. They don't do the code checks. And the a/c service is not included but that's ok. I got to sit in the clean, cool waiting room as they worked on my vehicle. He still recommended a 3k mile oil change just to be safe since I drive so much. Overall I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. Clean bathrooms friendly staff. They are still wearing masks but it's not required for customers."
