"Ordered a cookie while waiting for our semi tire to be changed. Both the men working the counter tonight were very nice and attentive. Our cookie came out fast and HOT! The one who was working the drive through (Ethan I think, long greyish hair in a bun) went to clean up the dining room and saw me and my toddler sitting there. He went behind the counter, got her a puzzle that comes with the kids toys, and gave it to my toddler. He said his daughter likes doing them and thought my toddler would like it too. Such a sweet man and wonderful service from this restaurant tonight!"

"Cold curly fríes, cold chicken bacon swiss, napkins smell like mold. Asked for fresh fríes & was treated like I was asking for the Heavens. Ordered to go, found sándwich was cold & just slopped in the wrapper, after we got on the road. We always stop & Loves, but will NEVER order from this Arbys again. Expected much better for $22!!!!! Do better Arbys!!!"
