"I called the store before heading over to make sure they had my favorite donut. Sometimes they sell out fast. a lady that I didn’t know at the time answer the phone and I was explaining to her the donut she’s goes no and hung the phone up on me or something told me to get up and go anyway so once I get to the store, I see a whole tray full of the cinnamon roll donuts, so I asked the ladies it was three of them standing there I was like which one just answered the phone when I called to describe the donut, the lady cut me off and said no and hung the phone up on me, but there’s a tray full of the lady said that was me so I asked what was her name the name given was Rachel . She said I thought you were talking about pecan there flat and I explained you didn’t give me time to Describe the donut, you said no one hung up .She had a very bad attitude, not friendly at all customer service over the phone and inside the store was terrible with her. I’ asked could I leave my phone number so the owner could give me a call when the next time he think he might be in the store or could he just call me And she replied he’s almost never in the store, so hopefully the owner will see this message to my experience with Rachel and Rachel should keep in mind that she is the face behind someone else’s brand so you should always keep a smile be friendly and be mindful of the things you say, and do and public Because you never know who I am, that came inside. I could be a food critic. Just never know. Other ladies are a pleasure to see but Miss Rachael not so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Great donuts and still has reasonable prices. One of the better long johns around, and the jelly filled is second to none!! The best thing about it is it still has a small town atmosphere!!"

"The selection isn't as varied as some other donut shops in town but their donuts are excellent and some border on what I would call gourmet donuts. They are friendly and their donuts are delicious."

"Ordered a 1/4 sheet birthday cake and was disappointed in the presentation of the cake. Someone did not know how to make rosettes/roses. The white buttercream icing was so sweet no one could hardly eat it. The chocolate cake did not taste like chocolate. They used to be good years ago, but not anymore. The donuts looked old and stale in the cases as well."

"Went last week and all the donuts, eclaires, and pastries seemed old dry and stale. Donuts were sitting out in an open cabinet uncovered. Will not be going back. Kids didn't want to eat what I purchased after taking a few bites."
