"We love this Zaxby's. The staff are always polite and our food is always fresh and delicious. We've been here numerous times since they opened and it has been great every single time. The app offers great deals and free food for earned points and when it wouldn't work correctly one time, the staff knew exactly what to do. The only complaint we ever have, and it's always this way, is the lobby is absolutely freezing. It's physically painful to eat inside without pants and a jacket."
