"My first visit to Mambo was just two nights ago I live very close and decided to give another small business a chance. I love to spend my money with small business it's just the way it should be. So first let's talk about the customer experience when I got there they were just opening and I was a little bit early didn't realize it so I walked up they let me place an order, which was pretty nice to begin with because they wasn't actually open yet. The gentleman who took my order politely said it will be 15 minutes and I will have your food ready then I realized they were really wasn't even open yet so I said certainly I ordered steak burritos and two tacos. Now Amigos and Amigoettes let's chat about the food I can honestly say that I am a Mexican food junkie as in I could honestly eat Mexican food 4 days a week!! Seriously I live very close to this place so I want to pay for the food and I left to go home and eat. The first thing I opened was the tacos I observed two tacos that were perfectly prepared with all of the delicious toppings that were on this taco the steak was so tender that it was amazing and along with the tenderness the flavor was something that was truly authentic Mexican to the Core. Oh yes my friends I do know Mexican food and when I say authentic well I really mean authentic! Now I must talk about the steak burrito it was 3rd in line I opened up the container and there it was right before my very eyes a very large steak burrito now it was cut in half at an angle and it weighed I guess around 3 lb LOL. It wasn't 3 lb but it was a very very large burrito and the flavors that were inside this burrito was magical as in Mexicano magical!! Now if you really enjoy Mexican food this little food trailer is located close to Shepherdsville Road and the Outer Loop yourself a big favor!! Go try Mambo you will be very glad that you did hats off to the lady and gentlemen that we're working inside this place called Mambo cuz I just want to let him know they got a new regular customer excellent food!!!"

"Hadn’t heard of this place but ordered Via DoorDash. Everything looked amazing according to the photos. Received our order and it’s now one of our favorite new places. We practically ordered the entire menu and everything was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!!"

"Hands down the BEST MEXICAN AND SALVADORIAN FOOD SPOT. Got the Quesa-Birria tacos, and the CONSOME was the best tasting consome I had. It's hard to find a great spot with authetic mexican/salvadorian food, but it is safe to say that we have found it. Their tacos are freshly made, and the tortillas are made freshly made by hand. I'm definitely coming back for more! YOU WILL LOVE THE CONSOME I PROMISE YOU!! 10/10 WITH THAT SPICY RED SALSA."
