"It was very cold heat wasn't working. I stood there for over 5 mins a person that was making food looked at me and just smiled. When I left I said ty and got no reply."

"The order was correct although service was slower than usual. Used drive-thru, friendly crew with smiling faces."

"While this place has not been all bad, I have had the unfortunate experience to have gone there today to place an order and the conversation went as follows them- "Hi sorry we're- wait are you picking up an order?" Myself-"no I'm placing one." Their response-" then sorry, we're closed." I understand it can be difficult during weather, time, and lack of help, but they had company with them, (though not a worker), and a poor attitude. I was sent away and went across to waffle house which I'll be rating their wonderful service next. Again yesterday and today, I went to this taco bell. They messed up my order twice on so told me to come back on. I recorded my stop there as well as the call I made to them. Today, I drive back as they told me to, to get a replacement on my order. When I got there (and again, recorded,) the "manager" informed me my name wasn't in the back for a replacement and without a receipt she could do nothing. I informed her I had the receipt and recorded my prior visit to which she still refused to replace my order. Unfortunately, I lost my temper with the attitude she gave so that was on me, but her professionalism for being a manager wasn't up to par either. I even informed her of the cashier's name on my receipt. No fixing or willing to fix. I still leave my rating as less than worth stopping at this taco bell."

"This has to be the worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru. They didn't have everything on the menu. Food was nasty and not even sure it was all their. I pull up to the window and there was a lady filling drinks but taking sips of them, hopefully they were hers. If it hadn't been so late I would have not waited. Definitely will never go back. I ordered a Gordita and Crunch Wrap, as you can see neither were what they were supposed to be."

"I usually like this taco bell. For where I live I choose this one out of 3 other locations.. however the shut it down crew simply don't care about what they put out as far as the end product. I wish I had took more pictures. I would swear that's a taco shell split open. I used to work for taco bell and I just feel like this is disrespectful on many levels. Money was counted and it was card only.. no one answered the phone.. If you don't want to work then just don't. Do us all a favor"
