"I truly don't understand what the hype is behind this franchise. It's a greasy overpriced mediocre burger joint from what I can tell. I paid $17 for a cheeseburger and fries and that's a little outrageous considering there wasn't a drink included. But at least the employees were nice. If the food was out of this world I wouldn't complain but it was very mid. For instance my burger although thick tasted very bland.. whoever grilled my burger did not add enough seasoning and my Cajun fries were overloaded with seasoning to the point it was incredibly salty. Nonetheless it's okay but I had much better burgers at far less than what I paid for here. Maybe the veggie burgers are a different story? Who knows. All I know is that I'm in no hurry to come back."

"The food is always delicious and you will never leave hungry. The food is a bit on the pricey side, but the portions that they give you, along with the unlimited free toppings on burgers and hot dogs and unlimited mix-ins for milkshakes do help compensate for that. A regular cheeseburger has two large patties. If you want a single burger, you have to order the little burger. And no matter what size fry you order, they fill the bag to the top with fries. Still, we ordered two regular cheeseburgers one little cheeseburger, three of the smallest fries, and two drinks and it was $57. For my family, it is worth it for an occasional treat, but the cost may be prohibitive for some."

"Good food. Placed a special order. All burgers are double and even got a lettuce wrap! To top it off. LOVE the coke machine that not only has Mellow Yellow Zero but let's you put a shot of cherry in it. Tastes just like the discontinued Code Red Zero!"
