Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"Well after sitting in drive-thru for 20 minutes and this was before I ordered, got to the window and paid for my food. Was told to pull up because they was waiting on fresh boneless wings and I said make sure everything is fresh. She said ok. So pulled up to wait another 20 minutes. And when I got home the wings was fresh, hot but my fries was old and cold. I love Zaxby’s but sometimes that service and food can make you change your mind on eating there."

"Always fresh and delicious. Had one not so good experience where they didn't put my food on the "online orders" shelf, so by the time I did get it, it had been sitting out for half an hour. Still delicious though."

"Walked in for lunch using a buy 1 get 1 free coupon. Placed our order with Candice. She greeted us with a smile and was pleasant throughout. Today, the chicken strips were a little rubbery. All else was delicious."

"I wish there was something positive that I could write about this place. Let me say, I have never had any issue with any Zaxby's I have ever visited, however; if we weren't absolutely hungry and had spent $30 (for really poorly made and undercooked food), we would have walked away--immediately. Our visit was around 1pm on a Saturday. They were not very busy. We placed our order, and found a table that had the least amount of food and dirt on it (I got napkins and some soap from the restroom and cleaned our table). When we got our food, IT WAS ON A FILTHY TRAY!! The tray had chunks of food from previous orders all over it!! I took it up to the counter and told them that this was unacceptable. One person smirk/giggled and rolled their eyes, the other shrugged their shoulders and uttered that it wasn't their problem!!!!!!!!! And the list of problems goes on: *5 of 10 chicken strips were cold inside and undercooked (real safe) *The soda/napkin area was gross, dirty, and had bugs flying and landing all over the drying sweet tea and soda *We had to practically beg for the sauces we paid for and were still shorted two of them To be fair, I have sent a couple of emails about these problems to their contact addresses and asked for return calls so I could inform management about this in lieu of just blasting this place. I have not been contacted by anyone at all (it has been 10 days). This is actually a safety issue in top of an extremely terrible customer service issue. If they can't follow up on a serious set of problems like this, it speaks loudly about how little they care about the customers. I see how they have earned their reputation in this city as being the "Garbage Zaxby's ""
