Outback Steakhouse

"I normally don't write reviews but I had to write this review because of the wonderful experience I had. I want to personally thank Ashton, Victoria, Jaylin and Jacob. I've was out with friends and we were debating on where to stop to have dinner and I'm glad we picked this Outback. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out the experience was awesome. Service was great. The food was very good and the restaurant was clean. Thank you to everyone for making it a wonderful evening. If I could give this 10 stars I would. James"

"The last two times we have come, we have had over an hour wait to get our food. Then they bring out my husband's filet way under cooked, and we had to wait until we both had finished our meal before he got his steak back. He had to also wait a long time to get refills and had to flag the waitress down to get them. We came in the late evening when it wasn't that busy. So not sure why such a delay."

"The food was delicious once it arrived, but we had a 90 minute wait before we got a seat and another 90 minute wait before we received our food..... Probably won't return anytime soon. They seemed understaffed and disorganized."

"The food is always amazing and the service was great of course, depending on which server you get. Unfortunately, the bar area smelled very bad and I almost thought it could have been a customer but it smelled of bar material. Even more so, when I brought this up and they started cleaning, I had gnats flying around my table with my food. Other than that I always love Outback"

"My father orders Outback from this location about three times a week. Through Door Dash but today he received his 8oz Sirloin burnt black on both sides of the steak. I called and since it was through door dash they said not our problem basically. Door dash credited him $5 for a $47 order. $5 doesn't even cover delivery fee. This one is 100% on Outback and I never post bad reviews. If I find a way to post his food and reciept I will !"
