Wendy's 5101 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40213

"This is not a reflection of the employees as much as it is owner/management. The location is horrible. To access the restaurant is easy, it's getting out that is weird. The building and drive through speaker looks as if it's been in a catastrophic situation. Been this way for over 2 years. Outside not taken care of or updated, inside mediocre. Food quality nothing special. The times I have went, something was always wrong. Had to go inside due to drive through not "working", card machine down, not open during working hours, low staff ect. Customer service is decent considering conditions I'm sure employees work under trying to keep business a float. Customer service is not really existent."

"Ordered a #2 Baconator combo. I wasn’t asked if I wanted the single or the double (son of baconator). The food was decently fresh, but i got the double(son). There was no mayo, ketchup, and a few scraggly bits of bacon."

"Nice enough employees but spicy chicken sandwich was super thin with mostly breading and grilled chicken wrap was not even wrapped or warm.. Usually they have better food at Wendy's but this time was not worth the $"

"I think this is the best Wendy's I've visited in a while. I like Wendy's and it's a place I visit often enough. This location totally killed it. The burger was great. Lettuce, tomato, and onion were excellent. Nice crunch when I bit into the burger. The bun was even slightly toasty but I wouldn't call it toasted."

"This place is awful. Went to the bathroom first and the floors were very sticky. They must not clean their mop very often. Walked to the dining room to order and it is carpeted. Also nasty. Was going to order dinner but at this point I was considering walking out. So I ordered a chocolate frosty instead. The woman at the counter - who was polite- informed me that they were out of vanilla. How does Wendy's run out of vanilla? Went to sit and eat and noticed the soda machine was also out of order the whole time I was there. A service man was working on it. Back out to the parking lot. .. cigarette butts all over the front door area and potholes in the parking lot. I don't know how this place keeps their franchise. Literally the worst Wendy's I have ever been to."
