"FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I ordered a ham/provolone and veggie sub, I paid $15. The menu stated that it should have been roughly $10. The sweet lady who charged me told me that they are taking that option away. If it being taken away, take it off the menu. Also, the manage who is on duty today (1/18) for lunch, she is totally rude. The last time I was in, I asked her to change her gloves because she was on her phone and she scratched her face. She seemed so displeased that I asked her to change them. She is also loud and demanding towards her coworkers and to customers. If she does not like the job, quit then. Don't make it a terrible experience for everyone. I want my money back because I did not order a $15 sub, I ordered the $10 sub that is on the menu."

"My mother went for an interview about the open GM position and the owner had the audacity to offer 12$ an hour and said "he doesn't hire off the street for that position, however she already works at another location and has for awhile. He owns all the subways in etown, just another example of the rich being greedy"

"After waiting for about 15 minutes to even get our order in when we were the only ones in the drive thru, there was no customers inside and this is what I am served. Some kind of sloppy concoction and she didn’t even ask me what egg I wanted. If you are going to make us wait forever at least make the food presentable. It isn’t that hard to make a sandwich well. Update Apr 1 2023 - Attempted to give them another shot because my daughter really wanted Subway. There was no customer in the store and only 1 car in the drive thru and I still had to wait about 10 minutes to move to the speaker. The employee was talking to the customer like they were having Sunday tea and constantly asking the same question over and over so obviously wasn’t even paying attention to the customers order. Update June 28 2023 - I wish I could ever post a good update but today I even ordered my order on the mobile app and got to the store over 20 minutes later than my order was supposed to be ready as I was already pretty sure it wouldn’t be done at the promised time and the crew still didn’t have my order close to ready. I’m sure everyone that came in person and ordered after me sure got theirs as they arrived but what they should have done was made mine since my order was in before they even arrived and made them wait so mine could be done in time and not shift mobile orders to the left like they don’t matter."
