"I was there today and had my order taken by some old angry black man at the front window, he was disgusting he was rushing me to take my order. I pull up to the drive-thru to get my things and he asked me what my issue is I asked him what he was talking about he then goes into a ramble about how I should have hurried up to order two items. He then gets upset and gives me my card back and then goes on to say he doesn't know why US people come to Wendy's.... Corporate you all need to do something about your workers ASAP if they do not want to be there they need to get a new job... The man who took my order today I will find out his name and get it to corporate immediately he needs to be fired I have never seen such a disgusting man at a restaurant taking orders... I will not stop until this situation is taken care of because it was disgusting...I called the store to speak with a manager and their number went straight to a voicemail. I will be following up with corporate and the store this week as well as going back to get his name... DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR IN YOUR EMPLOYEES...PURE TRASH"

"So rude like snapping at my mom the guy kept cutting us off gave us wrong food was not friendly snatched the card he stayed "ok so you want plain like thats already how it come tf" don't recommend at all stupid snappy teens.i hate this place sm he doesn't know how to act"

"Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes for 1 salad. They gave us the wrong nuts and dressing so we had to go back. Once I mixed it up, I saw the salad I was given had almost no apple, and the few pieces I did get are rotten and mushy. See that red chunk? It’s so mushy and discolored I thought it was a strawberry. It’s Apple."

"Waited in line 15 minutes with only 1 car in front. Ordered 3 of their $5 Biggie bags. Plus, we paid for 2 med frosty and 1 small frosty. Burgers were cold had to reheat those as well, and we live 2.4 miles away. Got our food, and we're shy the small frosty. Couldn't find receipt until we got home and found the girl lied. She told us she only put 2 meds down . So, me believing her, I paid for another small. The picture below clearly shows she lied as all 3 frosty are listed ( once I found the receipt). So, slow service plus being lied to. It's not the best experience today."
