"I paid for an order with cash in full on November 10. It was a Christmas order for my 4 grandchildren, so a good amount of money. It was suppose to be finished within 2 weeks. I never heard from her. I had to call multiple times, both numbers to finally speak to Ms. Connie. She assured me I would get my order the night before we had the ice/snow storm Christmas week and she would text me the address where I could pick it up that night. I have never heard back from her. I have called both numbers, texted, left messages and emailed countless times. The store number is out of service and she absolutely will not respond in anyway. I’ve repeatedly asked her to just mail me a check or return my calls/messages and nothing. I’m at wits end. Very disappointed after hearing so many good things about her work. It feels like she just stole my money and continues to avoid me. Very frustrated! I work hard for my money and wouldn’t expect a local business to do me this way. I only put one star so that I could post this. I would give zero stars!!!"

"Placed order on Nov. 30,2022. Told would take about a week. Week and half go by no contact. Stopped instore and informed work would be done that night. Zero contact from store since then. Numerous phone calls, Facebook messages, store visits(store closed for move according to sign on door). Nothing! Phone says to call after hours line to get pick up order. Call after hours line no response, voicemails left on both phone lines nothing. If this store is still in business don't use!"

"The owner was very kind and helpful. She offered suggestions on types of patterns. I canceled the original blanket for personal reasons but she let me get other items in place of the blanket. The items were of good quality. I would shop at C J’s Handmade again."

"THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. They took my money 11/30 in promises I would have my product before Christmas and here I am 1/4 still waiting. They refuse to return my calls. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They have bad customer service. I have left maybe 10 voice-mails over the course of 2 weeks and they're just ignoring them at this point. DONT GO HERE!"
