"Very fast and nice and helpful staff. The food however is gross. If you love salty, overpriced food that is thrown together and under cooked then go ahead and go get food from this location. I wish I could get my $ back."

"I ordered two chicken bites boxes and this was at 11:45 or 12 noon. So it should have been a rather simple order. After sitting at the window for what I thought was close to 20 minutes without even paying yet. I just left and went down to A&W . The Rallys on Preston across from southern high school is one of the worse one around here. So I would recommend if you want rallys go to a different one"

"I really can't believe how bad the food has gone downhill at this Rally's over the years. I am a one order girl. I always get the Big Buford. In years past it was so great that between the two burger patties, the nice sized tomatoes, lettuce, onion and mayo plus the bun I typically would have to squash it to get it in my mouth!! Well years later everything about it had shrunk!! I had a piece of basically tomato skin smaller than the size of a nickle!! The other piece was just a small piece of the edge of a tomato. The lettuce was practically non-existant two tiny shredds maybe and did I get a slice of onion like in the past? No! Just a couple of small, soggy, wimpy rings. It was litterally the worst buger I have had in years!!! I thought maybe they were just one off on mine, nope!!! My brother n law ordered two Big Bufords and they were just as pitiful and aweful as mine!!! I am sticking with Wendy's from mow on!!!"

"This is the first time I came during the day. My order was correct on the receipt but not in the bag. And they did not even put my chicken sandwich in the bag at all. So I turned around and went back. 2 other customers walked to the walk up complaining their orders were wrong as well. The grease was bad/burned so I just got a refund. If I do come back it will be at night when the males are working. My food is always right a fresh with them."

"I pulled up and and thought they were closed due to it being so dark and no cars. I place my order get home the tenders and fries looked like they had been fried over 3 times. I took the food back, the employees did not know how to refund money back to my card which took up a tremendous amount of my time. I will never spend money at this location ever. The general manager needs to review them cameras on 11/12/22 at approximately 9:30pm to see their staff doing literally nothing. This is just me putting it nicely. If I could have given the rating zero I would. There is no excuse for this. When I ordered we were literally the only customers.I’m so"
