"Man the guy working tonight that waited on me a my wife was a great guy. He had everything hot when it came out all at once cups never ran dry on drinks. On top of training the new girl that was just hired. If he wasn't the manager of that place he should be. The young lady he is traing in my eyes in learning from one of the best there. I had a very good experience with him an conversation about life going on today just showed his personality is good even outside of his job."

"Hostess had ear buds in her ear and sat us down with no silverware. The restroom was not clean at all and there was a huge bar stool blocking the door --I assume the other restroom was out of order. The odor coming from the restroom area was strong poop smell. The decor is very outdated and everything is dusty. My steak was good but the salad was wilted and the rice was in a big clump. When we left, tables were literally piled with dirty dishes and there was a clump of butter in the floor the size of a golf ball."

"This tumbleweed restaurant is located on the outskirts of Shepherdsville, and has been feeding the community for over 10 years My family has been eating here for over 9 years and we have noticed a slow decline in service and quality for a long time. I even have a incident a few years back was on my birthday. We went for a large party, and the waitress spilled a whole tray of drinks on my back and made me drenched with soda and I was miserable. We returned today for my father’s 84th birthday. I told the waitress it was his birthday and she didn’t have anything special for him. What a disappointment. The waitress was brand new just off of the truck and didn’t even know what she was doing. She put our order in and then come back 20 minutes later and asked questions about it when there was nobody in the whole restaurant and we should have been receiving our food. Even though there was not a single other person in the restaurant, it took 35 minutes to get our food, which is totally ridiculous There was not a single person in this restaurant for a long time. It was about 130 on a Saturday. This restaurant must be failing because of lack of attendance. I ordered this day, the small 6 ounce sirloin. It was tender and delicious with their custom bourbon sauce, which is my favorite. Our food was hot and delicious and I have absolutely no complaints about our food Except that they charge 379 for one soda They now offer apricot salsa, which I thought was yummy and delicious, and was unique to their offerings The meal for three people was is $58 The inside of the restaurant seem clean, warm enough and was Pleasant"

"Ordered almost 70.00 in food from Door Dash When it arrived the Buffalo platter had two chicken strips in it, cut in half and covered in sauce. We’ve ordered this several times so new that it wasn’t supposed to look like that so we went up to the tumbleweed store where we were met by the manager and the person who cooked the buffalo chicken. The cook who greeted us told us that he had dropped the chicken on the floor and that’s why it looked like that,. the manager just stood behind him, grinning at us. We asked her if she was hearing that he had dropped our food on the floor and she just shook her head and smiled . He offered to remake the food but should have done that before it was delivered to us , we told him that we didn’t want it and left."
