"Usually I get the French dip every time I come by, I love the au jus and they definitely give you plenty of it for the sandwich. But now the sauce cup seems bigger than the sandwich. If you’re going to charge $6-$8 but make the sandwich smaller and smaller then I might as well just go next door to the Kroger and make it from home and have it last a week. Sorry but I’m just not seeing the cost for what you get anymore. There was more bread than there was of the 2oz of roast beef and slice of swiss. Now I’m going somewhere else for lunch because I’m still hungry. And for the love of all that is holy, remember to include a straw with the drink! The jalapeño poppers and berry sauce still pop though."
"I love this place they have such a wide variety of items on their menu and the food is always fresh and the service is excellent. If you haven't been thinking Arby's and you've been missing out on some great food"
"The food is very good! But the service is the whole point in the bad ratings. Here's why. 1. The app. For arbys didn't relay the fact that they did not have any beefat the restaurant where we were due to pick up our food. So it was moved to another restaurant in the same area, without our knowledge until we went in to pick up our order. Causing us to use more gas in the process of wanting to feed ourselves."
"This is no doubt the friendliest and cleanest Arby’s I have ever visited. The person behind the counter was cleanly, dressed and very polite and friendly. It looks brand new, and even the bathrooms are immaculate. The person at the counter said that this Arby’s has been here for quite some time though. I tried the smokehouse brisket for the first time, and I’ve got to say it was tender and juicy with good smoky flavor. It does not need any sauce. It’s perfect as it is it actually rivals some of the better barbecue restaurants I have visited. I was just surprised at the quality of the meat and the freshness of the bun. SERVICE was just a tad bit on the slow side, (only about 2 minutes) but well worth the wait for the sandwich. I had a craving for just the regular old Arby’s classic end it to was as good as I remember. If I am in this area again, I plan on visiting this restaurant"
"This experience really could have been better. We did get our chicken bacon swiss sandwiches quickly, but they were lukewarm at best. The chicken pieces were small and nowhere near hot. The piece of swiss cheese had zero signs of being melted. And the three tiny pieces of bacon were just insulting. We got two of the same sandwich, and they were both this way. The orange cream shake was pretty good, though."
