"I placed an order thru drive thru. One of my side's was left out of order. I called and spoke to Clarissa, who asked me all the questions. What time, what was the order, what's your receipt number. Unfortunately I did not ask for my receipt. But clarissa found my receipt, took my name, and put it in the book. I went in today and they offered to replace my whole meal!!!I just got something smaller, but they comped it all. I'm sorry I didn't get the guys name, but he was very polite and helpful. Thank you guys!!!"

"DO NOT ORDER ON THE KFC APP!!! YOU WILL GET DOUBLE CHARGED!!! After tonight, I’ll never buy KFC again, and I recommend you do the same. I ordered the $10 eight piece bucket on the app, and went to pick it up. I get there and realize that I was double charged! The cashier said that I had to call KFC themselves, so that’s what I did right then and there. I was on hold for a total of 25 mins and spoke to 2 different people, and still didn’t get a refund. It took 8 more calls and a 24 hour period before they finally gave me a refund. They didn’t offer to give me a coupon or anything for my trouble. One thing to note is that I’ve never had this double charge issue when ordering from any other restaurant’s app, so part of me thinks this was a deliberate scam. Btw, the actual chicken that I got was not fresh…as if it had been cooked earlier and reheated right before I got there."

"You’d think it would be better. It is in Kentucky. Might have something to do with the fact that I was in withdraw from drinking 13 days in a row but acting like I was just having fun. In reality everything was closing in on me and nothing made sense."

"got a 20$ fill up and this was supposed to be a eight piece bucket.. Nope only six.. & the two large mashed potatoes I got as sides had enough in them both for a total of three servings. Minus the gravy.. no gravy at all. Plus chuncked onions in the cole slaw. The only thing good I've got to say was the Cashier's customer service @the drive thru this evening."
