"Love the food and customer service but it's about time for an updated look."
"Food order was accurate, food was fresh hot and made in a timely manner. Service? There are no servers. Ordered your own meal from a kiosk, you find your own seat they call your name when the food's ready. Manager and staff friendly and helpful."
"Giving off mall food court vibes. Employees are rude cold and unhelpful. This is a hollow shell of what it once was. Everything that made steak and shake what it was is gone. Food prices are doubled. No service at ALL. Was looked at like I was stupid when I asked if I seat myself or wait. This is no longer the resteraunt i grew up loving. Had not been since 2019...... and will not ever be going back. The fries were old and stale. But the steakburger was delicious. One positive is that It didn't take 2 hours to make our shake."
"Been years since I've been to one. The staff here did not disappoint. You do have to order from a touch screen console. Food came out very quickly and very hot!! I had to wait for the fries to cool down. Food was good, place was clean and the staff was friendly can't ask for much more."
"IDK why I gave them a second chance. Went on a Sunday, and it wasn't busy, but it was filthy. Since they eliminated their service staff, they totally neglect the front of the house. Tables, floor, booth dividers, and bathrooms were all disgusting. I was there for a couple of hours and not one employee came into the seating area. Also got cold cheese sauce pumped over my cheese fries. Gross. Took over 30 mins to get my order out, and it was a simple order."
