"I've always loved Taco Bell. Tacos and a chicken quesidilla are my favorites. There's usually a man in the drive through, it seems like he's there all the time, he is every time I'm there, I can't remember his name, but he's always so polite even when busy. The tacos always seem fresh which is amazing because I love the crunch."

"I continue to go there bexause of the closeness to my house. They ALWAYS mess up my order. I order a number 1 hard shell and a drink. That is 3 supreme tacos... I understand fast food is hard to do. The difference between regular and supreme is adding tomatoes and sour creme. I mean adding tomatoes and sour cream is not very hard, yet it is always " forgotten" nearly everytime. I ask for hot sauce and it says 6 packs on the screen, and I get 3 packs in the bag. Notice the taco in the picture...I was lucky to get anything on it! Go someplace else. I am done trying to give them numerous chances. This was supposed to be a supreme taco..."

"Ordered at 9:30pm, currently 12am and we never got our food. We went through 3 dashers because after the first one dropped the order for reasons unknown, the second dasher messaged us and told us the employees told them the order was already picked up, even though the order on our end said "making order". The dasher then left and we got assigned a new dasher. We waited another hour and i can only assume they refused to remake our order since they gave our order to someone without changing the status of the order or confirming pickup, since it never changed from "making order" on the app for 2 whole hours. THEN, the order finally got cancelled after 3 people went up there for the order and i guess they just refused to make it. It was awesome, especially since i have work early in the morning and have been waiting to eat for the last 3 hours now. Decided instead of wasting more of our time reordering to just make something at home. It would have been easier to just make the order again than dealing with 3 different dashers and making us suffer in the cross fire. Support never even emailed us back. Cant wait to go to work tired tomorrow. Screw you guys."

"I have to always recommend this tocobell on Preston right next to Burger King they have fantastic employees and their employees love working together. The tocobell team at this location rarely makes mistakes when they do they fix them. When you come in the lobby has a causation sign just to insure that there customers don’t slip and fall"
