White Castle

"As with all fast food restaurants they just don't have enough people to work we had to wait quite a while even to put in an order it was slow getting to the car however there was only two people working I appreciate them going in"

"If I could give ZERO stars I would! My entire, over priced order was wrong or missing things that were paid for… like cheese on the burgers… or any toppings at all on the burgers. Three Cheese sticks inna $5 order. Runny milkshake. I called the store manager and she was willing to comp 15 of the 30 burgers that we had purchased all 30 were wrong! My entire order was wrong or terrible! Spending almost $50 at White Castle. You would expect your food to at least be correct. I live about 20 minutes from the restaurant, it’s not like I can just turn around and go back when I have a hungry family to feed! Needless to say the, my older still hasn't been corrected as I don't travel that way regularly. I'm sure when I go back… even with my receipt which I wrote the managers name on and the half-a$$ed “said” replacement… I’m thinking they probably won't honor the replacement. That's yet to be seen. Who knows, they may surprise me… I'm not holding my breath."

"Seems like a very new restaurant. Food was fresh, maybe even too fresh, as white castle is meant to be melted and melted together and ours was not. Very clean and in good repair, but atmosphere was too current. White castle is meant to be an old-time dining experience, and this definitely was not."

"I recently had a fantastic experience at White Castle! The service was incredibly friendly and quick, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. The onion rings were crispy and flavorful, and the hamburgers were up to their delicious standard. I'll definitely be coming back for more!"

"Update 6/10/22: Got two 1921 sliders and they were so overcooked they were like charcoal briquettes. Dry and disgusting. Quality control apparently isn't a thing at this location. Also, 20 minute wait from ordering to leaving with food (drive-thru, was 3rd car in line). Changing to 2 stars. Update 5/10/22: They were extremely slow and not busy this evening but the food came out hot and fresh, so I still call that a win. I tried the 1921 slider, it was really good. From now on I'll probably get at least one or two with 2 regular sliders. Mmmmmmm good! /update 5/10/22 I'm usually not a big fan of White Castle except for a snack after a late night out with friends. We were watching a show about how they manufacture and create the White Castle burgers. The show made us hungry and it was lunchtime so..... we went. I definitely had a good batch of the original cheese sliders because they were perfect. Sometimes they are too soggy for me. This last trip was pretty good. First time having their onion rings, wow! They're delicious!"
