"This is my first and last time coming here I should be able to alter my order without being yelled at. I wanted to change my Italian sub to a meatball sub. I only got one thing , I’m the only one in the drive-through line and the place looked pretty empty by the way. when I told the young man at the drive-through I wanted To change my sandwich he slammed the window in my face and yelled . I could maybe understand if they were really busy but again there was no one in the drive-through in the parking lot was pretty empty. I just pulled off without my food, I didn’t trust to eat it after that"

"I have actually never experienced a worse level of customer service than I have received here, and I have eaten at some very sketchy places. The young man greeted me at the drive thru with a loud deep sigh and “yeah order when you’re ready.” After telling him it was a mobile order he didn’t let me get a word out before naming off a few names, then began flipping his hands around as if to suggest “okay what’s your name” closed the window when I said my name, came back and said “it’s not ready pull up” and closed it on me. Endured that treatment just to get home and have 8wings in my 10 piece, 3 breadsticks, and a missing frozen Italian ice. Unfortunately, this has become common practice at this location. If you choose to eat here, make sure it’s during an earlier shift. The only consistency the evening shift displays is terrible attitudes and incorrect orders. Lord help you if you should actually go back to have it corrected."

"The food was a surprise will definitely be coming back here again! And the customer service was outstanding Britton was very kind and got our food quick and hot!"

"Attempted to go through the drive thru, sat with no other cars in line for 10 minutes with out a greeting. Then pulled up to the window to make sure there wasn’t some type of issue. Never greated I could see a bunch of teens on their phones. So i went inside to put in a togo order. There was literally 1 customer in the dining room and 1 delivery order on the screen so not slammed at all. The girl taking my order didn’t know menu items, she never stopped touching her face and hair and never went to wash her hands after doing so. I was Still observing in the employees in the back no surprise ALL ON THEIR FREAKING PHONES! staff was cursing and playing around, super unprofessional. My first time at this location and I wont be back. Too busy arguing and cutting up instead of preparing my food. Why I even gave my business after the drive thru mess was solely because my kids love their pizza."
