"Towed vehicle to location. Was with tow truck. 4 hrs later diagnosis of bad alternator and battery. They wanted $880 for parts. Double of anywhere else and wouldn't price match. Show up at 830 am and they are not open despite website, door, and Google hours stating they open at 730 am wasting my time further. Don't waste your time here go elsewhere."

"I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location . They had my car about 4 days (over the weekend) just for them to say they ordered the wrong part and he as in (Nate) the manager he said he was, had to do some “research” on which part they needed and than he said he would have to call cord to see if they still made the part? My car is a 2012, Ive went with companies before but this was ridiculous , Not to mention he told me it’ll be another 2-3 days ..for them to simply give me an eta on when my parts would even get to the shop , he couldn’t even give me a set date my car will be fixed than proceeded to say I “denied” service when I never did, and when I asked him who I said I denied the service to he continued to tell me my car will be back on the lot. So than I told them they needed to contact my warranty because it was their mess up! Not mines . Nate did not care he put my car back in the parking lot and told me to go to another location all because I simply told him it made no sense how he “didn’t” know what part was needed nor was able to tell me how long to get it? . Do not go to this location !!! Thankfully I didn’t give them any of my money I will not be back! I know this is long but I hope this helps someone !"
