"I just ordered a chocolate Frosty and it is nothing like a frosty it tastes like flavored vanilla ice cream no not even that it tastes worse and it doesn't even look like a regular Frosty it is chunky and dark colored. I know the picture isn't the best but this is the worst Frosty I have ever had"

"This Wendy’s SUCKS. The food is always wrong or cold and the customer service is even worse. I ordered a Cobb salad to go a few weeks ago and I got lettuce and cheese with nothing else (not even chicken or dressing). Today I ordered the Cobb salad again and I got some cold chicken nuggets. The employees are careless and the food is trash. Never giving this location a chance again."

"This place sucks as far as service goes. The lobby is never open, as a result the drive thru is always a mile long. They only take one order at a time, I guess to cut down on their drive thru time quota. They will literally make you sit and wait for them to take and make and hand the order to the car ahead of you before they finally take your order. I watched workers from the car wash and the oil change place walk up to the door and realize the lobby was closed. They had to just leave. I really hope they step it up."

"I waited 40 minutes while the workers stood there talking struggling to print out a recipe for 10 minutes, trying to scan a card for 5, and for 25 minutes trying to cook food. And they didn’t even care about the outrageous wait time. How can a worldwide fast food chain be so incompetent."

"After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru the lady told me to ask quickly that she was alone doing everything and then she had me half an hour more at the window waiting..with my drink in the window. At the end of everything I received my fries and they were COLD."
