"FYI You want Lucy as your server. Our meal was delayed due to a huge party ahead of us but our coffee cups were never empty. One of the best servers we have ever encountered and her boss needs to upgrade her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"I purchased a family meal for $164.00. When I first walked into the restaurant, angela was very pleasant and welcoming. I told her I was there to pick up an order. My order was placed on the counter by Dave, who not one time acknowledged me, nor did he ask me if I needed any help. As I lifted the box to walk out the door, I said, "Thank you all. Silence, Dave said nothing. I again uttered, yaw, have a wonderful day, merry christmas. Again, there was nothing from Dave as he stood next to angela at the cash register. Once I got to my car, the entire mea was from out the bottom of the box onto the ground. I walked back into the restaurant. As Dave stood there, I explained to him what had happened. He walked away without saying anything, then returned with a new box. We walked out to the car, and he says, oh you're going to need a new pie. I was confused about that comment, as it was visible that the gravy had busted and was spilled on everything. Dave put the box on the ground, walked back into the restaurant, and he never came back out to help me clean up all the food that had fallen out the bottom of the box. Once I cleaned up all the food off the ground, I walked the box back into the restaurant. As I stood there for almost 5 minutes without any acknowledgment , I walked up to Angela and told her I wanted a refund at this point. She went to get Dave, he came out from the back, opened the cash register, and said, "Here you go." NOT ONE TIME, did he apologize for the food not being properly packaged, for my inconvenience, nothing. I would have to say he was by far the worst manager I have ever encountered, and I would never want someone that insensitive representing my company. To sum things up, I did contact the corporate office. However, I have not heard back from anyone"

"Great service! Our orders were taken quickly. Our meals were served hot and they were correct. No errors. Beverage refills were plentiful and we never needed to ask for a refill, it just happened. Clean store with good lighting. Plenty of parking."

"Friendly staff! The kids really enjoyed their French Toast Sticks and Lil Piggy pancakes. I tried the Southwest Avacado omelet. It was good. The wait for our food was quite a bit longer than expected but today is Mother's Day."
