"THEY MESS MY ORDER UP EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO HERE! THE EMPLOYEES ARE COMPLETELY ILLITERATE AND CANNOT TALK LIKE REGULAR PEOPLE. Too Young, rude, always a 20 minute wait just for my order to be wrong.. every time .. you’re better off going to a Taco Bell on Dixie instead. Absolute trash."

"I went in to get dinner for my Dad. I placed my order, and took a seat to wait. After a few minutes I heard the people that had ordered before me complaining about their wait. Turns out the people in the lobby's orders were being ignored until the drive through was cleared. So I ended up sitting for over half an hour for two soft tacos and two bean burritos. When one of the people ahead of me wanted their money back, they were refused, because the person who could do that was working the drive through. At the end, my name was called, and my order was dumped on the counter. I guess they were hiding. No apology. No thanks for waiting. Nothing except an abandoned counter. The lady that ordered before me, who was still waiting said "Check your order." I told her I didn't care any more as I left. The items were barely wrapped, and one of the burritos was L-shaped for some reason."

"Didn't get half of what I ordered. After I paid at the window I asked for plenty of mild sauce well she thought it was hilarious to put like 200 packs of mild sauce In the bag and she thought it was too funny all because I asked for plenty of mild sauce. I bet if the boss seen all the mild sauce packets she'd probably lose her damn job. I Didn't receive like 4 of the items I ordered and paid for. But I can get a huge bag full of Mild sauce packets."

"For a new place takes you 30 to 40 minutes to get your order only thing they want to do is sit Up there and talk and play on their cell phones instead of getting your food. Still the same old Taco Bell food and the nasty service"
