"Third time to stop in and finally got waited on. The onion rings were skinny and stringy. They didn't have that white castle crunch and break apart. And the prices are becoming outrageous. Almost $7 for 3 burgers and a small ring"

"The staff was horrible. From the moment we pulled up to order our food to the time they handed it to us, they were rude. I said nothing to upset them. The lady that took our order dropped my food into my lap then slammed the window closed. She then proceeded to scream at the top of her lungs to someone in the store. Avoid this place. Ratchet..."

"The last 2 times through the drive thru service was incredibly fast and friendly. Highly recommended for a hot fresh meal!"

"Had to wait in drive thru forever to order (2 cars in front of us) then was told they were out of coke. Ordered a sprite took forever to get to pay then was told out of sprite. I don't like anything else so didn't get a drink. Then had us pull up and took forever to get the food. Ordered a sack of fries and 20 burger asked for extra napkins....got 2! 2 napkins for 20 burgers. Went inside and 1 customer in there idk what this locations problem was but I doubt I will go back.. FOOD WAS GOOD THOUGH!! SLOW as all get out!!"

"On 10/17/2023 about 330pm after waiting for about 5 minutes in drive thru, I was greeted with "whatchu getting." I proceed to say 4 cheeseburgers but could not get to cheese before the lady screamed "I can't hear you." I pulled up received my order... the lady (with her wild hair and no hair net) just gave me my food and went back inside the side door. She was very rude! If I was ordering for myself, I would have pulled off soon as she said "whatchu getting." I blame management! People are coming to spend their money to patronize your establishment. I will not be back to the Valley Station White Castle. I was so disappointed. I worked at WC years ago and the standards were high! Emily and Brenda would never allow this. Your team needs some customer service training."
