"I came into this McDonald’s to buy my children something to eat. When I walked in many employees were working and did not acknowledge. The manager, Armado, rudely told me to to go to the kiosk to place my order. I watched the manager touch many things, including his phone, and then touch my food with bare hands. When he came to the counter I asked him to put gloves on instead he gave me a hard time. He was rude and nasty and refunded me my money back without my consent. I’m upset about this because I was already in a rush and just trying to grab my kids something to eat. I was not rude to anyone not once but from moment I walked in I got dirty looks. I called and left a voicemail on the corporate number. I would really appreciate someone reaching back out to me because that was very uncalled for."

"Poor piss establishment all I ordered was a frappe and they gone tell me pull around no I’m not as a matter of fact give me my money back so she tried couldn’t redo me then came back to the window and asked me to move to the side of building again then try hand me a frappe that was all dairy no ice just whip setting on top like what are y’all doing I want my money back and yall Mexican are rude as ever weirdos"

"Staff is rude, and very unprofessional. I had a $46 order and didn't get 3 chocolate milks for my happy meals, and was missing 1 of the burgers. The guy at the 2nd window tried to tell me he gave them to me. He asked to see my receipt. I never left the window.. $46 worth of food .. and he got a complete attitude over 3 milks. If this is how you allow your employees to treat your customers, your management at that store needs to be reevaluated. They suck"

"Damn! The cashiers must be deaf or slow. My order was made wrong, they gave me a small cup of Coke after I specifically said large, and plus I never got my two chocolate chip cookies like I had requested and when asked about the cookies, the drive-thru lady said "WHAT?!" but she said it like she don't know what a cookie is. I hate when cashiers don't follow simple instruction."
