"Dollar General is about a mile from my house and I can easily stop in to pick up items I need or/and forgot while out doing my shopping for the week. "I'm not satisfied with their lack customer service, "check-out". I've been in this Dollar General I would estimate for at least 12x and on EACH occasion, their were ALWAYS customers lined up all the way to the middle of the store, estimating that number to be at least 13 or 14 , in the least. And on each occasion, there had been one or two employees NOT doing a thing. They are extremely slow during check-out and it's always clustering within the aisles and no one ever seems to be putting items up or clearing the aisles in order for people to walk thru without having to turn from side to side and knock over items and it's completely unorganized in there."
"Nice store but why would you block the door off by the handicap parking? The whole reason for handicap parking is for people that have a hard time walking to park closer to the entrance, so you block the door close to the handicap parking and leave the door on the other side of the building away form the handicap parking open. Doesn't make since."
"Very nice store to shop at. Wide variety and selection of products to choose from. Clean and organize store. Welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking and handicap parking. Both men and women handicap accessible restrooms. Speedy checkout. Five stars."
